Albano Farms
Albano Farms has been proudly family-owned and operated since 1960. Located in Delaware County, New York, it has 2,000 acres of cropland and 850 cows. The farm is diversified and focuses on offering its customers locally-produced milk and dairy products and pasture-raised meat.
Silverio Albano founded the farm over 60 years ago after moving his family from the Bronx to upstate New York. He originally purchased the farm with 145 acres and 57 animals. With the help of his sons and grandsons, Silverio grew the farming business and eventually purchased another farm in Stamford, NY, where Albano Farms is located today.
Along with their cow operation, the Albano family has a flock of 50 sheep and goats, and 40 pigs. Most recently, in 2019, they began selling farm-raised meat in addition to their dairy production. They raise and sell grass-fed black Angus beef and pasture-raised pork.
Their dairy products include whole milk, chocolate milk, and various cheese spread flavors. When you buy from their farm store, you support their family farm and many other local New York farms. In addition to their own products, they carry a wide variety of fresh, local products sourced from producers all across New York State. From eggs to meat, honey, maple syrup, and seasonal vegetables, you can find all your farm-fresh food needs at Albano Farms.
They continue to build an incredible legacy and work hard to provide high-quality products for the community! Support this New York staple by visiting their farm store, or going to their website to learn more about their operation.
